The Opportunity:
Program Management Office (PMO) manager helps strengthen and scale program management capabilities across RevMed’s development portfolio. This role will partner closely with Program Managers and cross-functional molecule teams to understand business needs and develop practical processes, tools, and ways of working that enable effective planning, collaboration, and execution. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. They will bring structure to complex problems, translate the needs of Program Managers and molecule teams into scalable solutions, and drive adoption of tools and processes that improve visibility, consistency, and effectiveness across programs. This is a highly collaborative role with the opportunity to help shape how Program Management operates as RevMed’s portfolio and organization continue to grow. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Program Managers and molecule teams to identify opportunities to improve program planning, execution, communication, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Developing, implementing, and improving program management processes, tools, templates, and standards that increase consistency and effectiveness across the development portfolio.
- Supporting the development and adoption of integrated planning tools that provide visibility into key milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and program deliverables.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:
