• Strengthen vendor governance through KPI-anchored performance narratives, benchmarking, and driver-based insights that support Quarterly Business Reviews and corrective actions.

• Create structured mechanisms for raising standards exceptions, surfacing issues, quantifying impacts, documenting rationale, and driving timely decisions via defined forums and escalation paths.

• Produce monthly performance packs and anomaly insights that highlight trends, issues, and actions with clear owners.

• Enable centralized, data-driven decisions for new launches and for optimizing existing offerings.

• Partner with Product/Technology to define the performance data roadmap and dashboard strategy that supports portfolio accountability.

• Drive “decision hygiene” through clear inputs, thresholds, ownership, action tracking, and follow-through across stakeholders.
