Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of timelines, deliverables, and open actions across departments
- Participate in team meetings and customer calls; capture and distribute meeting notes and follow-ups
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards (Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet)
- Track part readiness, build events, engineering changes, and key customer milestones
- Help maintain internal documentation, risk registers, and action logs
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support issue resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Junior, Senior, or Post-Graduate student in good academic standing
