We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Sales Department and become the trusted right hand of our Key Account Director.
What You'll Do
- Review and follow up on client accounts, making sure every requirement is understood and every Quality Control Program delivers real satisfaction
- Propose and set up solutions that add value for our clients and raise our overall service quality
- Be the communication hub between operations, back-office, frontline teams and client key contacts
- Support pre-sales inquiries and client meetings alongside our operations experts
- Partner with a team of technical experts to roll out quick wins and long-term programs for key accounts
What You Bring
- A degree in Sales, Supply Chain or Business Administration
- 7+ years in Sales, ideally within a lab or Quality Control company
- Fluent English and French
