Programmatic Senior Account Executive Holdco

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE — HOLDCO

We are Klever, The Human Ad Tech Company. We are looking for a driven, full-cycle Senior Account Executive to join our team and help accelerate new business growth within our holding company ("Holdco") business. In this role, you will work in close partnership with our VP of Strategic Holdco Sales to identify, pursue, and close new revenue opportunities across major advertising holding companies (e.g. WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Havas, Stagwell) and their agency networks and trading desks.

The ideal candidate is a consultative new-business hunter with exceptional communication and organizational skills, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, quota-driven environment. You will run the full sales cycle end to end — from prospecting through close — building relationships across trading desks, agency brands, and brand marketers to unlock new Holdco opportunities and hit aggressive new business revenue targets.

Beyond running deals, you will act as the strategist behind your Holdco book of business — proactively building and maintaining a structured account growth plan for each priority agency (existing business health, new business targets, key contacts, travel, and next steps), rather than waiting to be told where to focus.

-

Own the full sales cycle for new Holdco business: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.

-

Convert qualified meetings with Holdco trading desks, agency brands, and brand marketers into pipeline and closed revenue.

-

Partner closely with the VP of Strategic Holdco Sales to develop and execute account strategies for target Holdco groups, agency brands, and buyer personas.

-

Prospect and build relationships across trading desk leads, agency planners, and brand teams within target Holdco accounts (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Havas, Stagwell, etc.), identifying net-new logos and net-new agency/brand relationships.

-

Run consultative sales conversations with media buyers, agencies, and brand marketers, translating client needs into Klever's Movement Intelligence / Proximity value proposition.

-

Craft and deliver winning proposals in response to Holdco-level RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, often under tight, high-stakes timelines.

-

Partner with RevOps for pipeline reporting, forecasting, and deal progression tracking within Salesforce.

-

Hit quarterly and annual new business revenue targets, maintaining accurate pipeline coverage and forecast discipline.

-

Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Trading, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding of newly closed Holdco business.

-

Represent Klever at industry conferences, Holdco events, and in-market visits, serving as an ambassador for the brand.

-

Travel regularly (approx. 20–40%) to meet Holdco stakeholders in person and attend pitch meetings and industry events across multiple markets.

This role is not just a hunter seat — you will be the strategist behind each Holdco agency relationship, proactively building and owning the account plan rather than waiting for direction from the VP of Strategic Holdco Sales.

-

Build and maintain a rolling 90-day account growth plan for each priority Holdco agency, covering existing business health, new business target accounts, key contacts, and next steps — reviewed and refreshed with the VP of Strategic Holdco Sales each quarter.

-

Map existing business status account-by-account (renewals, flight timing, QBR cadence, expansion opportunities) alongside a live new-business target list with decision makers and meeting stage.

-

Proactively identify the right decision maker within each target account and the warm-introduction path to reach them, rather than waiting on inbound interest.

-

Build and prioritize a travel calendar around account value and deal stage — in-market visits, QBRs, wrap meetings, and target-account pitches — and come prepared with a clear objective for each trip.

-

Own the QBR and campaign-wrap cadence for assigned accounts, using performance data to build the case for renewal, budget expansion, or a new test opportunity.

-

Translate account learnings into a running set of next steps and key actions, tracked and reported on a monthly/quarterly cycle so the VP of Strategic Holdco Sales always has visibility into where each account and target stands.

-

4–7 years of experience in programmatic/ad tech new business sales; direct experience selling into or working with advertising holding companies (WPP, Publicis, Omnicom, IPG, Dentsu, Havas, Stagwell, etc.) strongly preferred.

-

Proven track record of independently running a full sales cycle and hitting new business revenue targets.

-

Strong consultative sales skills; comfortable running discovery, demos, and negotiations with media buyers, agencies, and brand marketers.

-

Proven ability to build relationships and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder Holdco organizations.

-

Working knowledge of programmatic channels (display, native, audio, CTV/OTT/OLV, DOOH) and DSPs (TTD, DV360 preferred).

-

Data-driven and analytical; skilled at building account strategies for target verticals and buyer personas.

-

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for pipeline and forecast tracking.

-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proposal-writing ability.

-

Willingness to travel domestically, and occasionally internationally, to meet Holdco stakeholders.

-

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, quota-driven, travel-inclusive environment; adapts quickly to new tools and the evolving media landscape.

-

Strong account-planning instincts — comfortable structuring a multi-account territory into a clear, prioritized plan (existing business, new business targets, key contacts, travel, next steps) without being told to.

-

Proactive and organized; tracks a large number of concurrent relationships and next steps across multiple agency offices without dropping follow-through.
