The Opportunity
The Project Controls Associate is a development-track role reporting to the Project Controls Manager, focusing on the application of core Project Controls principles: cost management, planning and scheduling, progress measurement, change management, risk management, and performance reporting in support of the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical construction and manufacturing programs.
The role offers a structured office-based training rotation to build proficiency in Integra’s systems, procedures, and reporting cycle.
Upon completion of this training, the Associate will apply these skills in the field alongside construction, engineering, and project management teams. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of project data, and by the Associate’s progression toward independent ownership of the overall scope of work.

Reporting & Analysis

- Translate data into clear narratives: what changed, why it changed, and what action is required.
