Your role and purpose:
As a Project Coordinator – On Demand Maintenance, you are responsible for coordinating assigned work orders, customer requests, service programs, and small-scale projects from initiation through completion.

- Managing assigned work through the full service lifecycle.
- Identifying and resolving operational obstacles.
- Supporting customer communication and service delivery.
- Developing subject matter expertise within assigned accounts and programs.
While Project Administrators focus on executing assigned tasks and workflow activities, Project Coordinators are expected to coordinate and advance work independently while building the skills necessary for future project management responsibilities.

- Maintain Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate data, documentation, milestone management, and compliance with established SOPs and service standards.
- Develop Program Expertise
- Build deeper understanding of assigned customer programs, workflows, and performance expectations while preparing for future Associate Project Manager responsibilities.
