Project Coordinator

When the plan changes, you're the steady voice that figures out what happens next.

Some jobs are predictable... This isn't one of them.

A customer moves the schedule. A piece of equipment needs attention. A crew is running behind. Six jobs need resources, and there are only five obvious answers on the table.

Now what?

That's where you come in.

At ProLift Rigging, customers trust us with their most critical equipment and their toughest moves. We earn that trust by planning every job to be safe and successful, and our Project Coordinator is a big part of how that happens. This isn't a calendar-keeper role or a spreadsheet shuffle. You'll sit at the center of the branch operation, connecting our customers, field teams, equipment, sales, scheduling, billing, and administration.

Information will come at you fast. Some of it incomplete. Some of it urgent. Occasionally, all of it will feel urgent.

Your job is to make sense of it, set the right priorities, communicate clearly, and keep every job moving safely and deliberately.

ProLift Rigging is a privately owned, purpose-driven industrial construction company that has a unique, opportunistic, and growth-oriented culture.

OUR PURPOSE

To acknowledge and glorify God by living in submission to Him as we steward His resources, giving Him thanks through the meaningful work we do, and directing the profits of our business to the redemptive work He is doing on the earth.

OUR MISSION

To be the best full-service lifting, rigging, and relocation solutions company, enabling total project success for teams that construct, move, or maintain mission-critical plant, machines, and equipment.

OUR CORE VALUES

• Safety - Evaluate risk and plan to mitigate it to protect customers, our team, the public, and property.
• Focus - Focus on the potential of our customers and fellow teammates, working for their success as if our success is on the line.
• Ingenuity - Think about, discuss, and implement ideas that make us better.
• Superintend - Take seriously the opportunity to wisely invest time, talent, and capital for the benefit of others.
• Respect - Soberly respect others and the work we do. Both matter.
• Diligence - Remember that any meaningful goal is achieved through dogged persistence and staying engaged.
• Teamwork - We are a team that needs each member's contribution to achieve our mission.

Project Coordinator

You'll probably love this job if...

• You're the calm one in the room when things don't go according to plan.
• You notice the details other people miss, because in our world, details keep people safe.
• You can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ones that matter most.
• You actually enjoy solving problems with imperfect information.
• You're analytical, but you'll still pick up the phone instead of sending a fifth email.
• You can talk confidently with customers, operators, salespeople, and leadership, and they walk away trusting what you told them.
• When someone says, "We have a problem," your first reaction is, "Okay. What are our options?"
• You'd rather plan it right the first time than fix it later.
• You want a role that will stretch you and show you how an entire operation works.

What will you actually do?

You'll coordinate the people, equipment, information, and details that turn a plan into a safe, successful job.

That can mean:

• Coordinating daily job schedules, personnel, and equipment.
• Adjusting quickly and calmly when schedules or site conditions change.
• Working through competing priorities and resource constraints.
• Keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the day, so no one is left guessing.
• Gathering missing information and tracking down answers.
• Reviewing job tickets and piecing together what happened in the field.
• Helping prepare accurate information for payroll, billing, and invoicing.
• Spotting potential problems early and planning around them instead of simply reacting.
• Finding creative solutions when the obvious solution isn't available.

Accuracy matters here. Small errors can create very real consequences for our customers and our crews. Our branch leaders call the Project Coordinator the operation's pivot point and its "information highway": the person who takes in a lot of information, decides what matters, tracks the details, and communicates it clearly.

Are you still interested? Are you all of the following?

• You're a problem solver. You don't need every answer handed to you. You assess the situation, identify your options, and find a path forward.
• You're relentlessly detail-oriented. You can move quickly without becoming careless, because shortcuts and safety don't mix.
• You know how to prioritize. When ten things need attention, you can figure out which one needs attention first.
• You're confident with people. You build rapport with people you've never met and handle tough conversations with professionalism and respect.
• You're comfortable with accountability. Your decisions matter. You own them, and you take getting things right seriously.
• You want to learn. Not just one task or one system. You want to understand how the entire operation fits together.

Here's the honest part.

This is a challenging job!!!

We don't want to hide that.

You're going to get interrupted. Plans will change. Customers will have needs. Operations will have needs. Resources won't always line up perfectly.

You'll have days when the puzzle seems to have more pieces than available spaces.

And that's exactly why this role matters.

One of our current leaders said their time dispatching prepared them to run a branch. Mastering this seat builds skills you can carry anywhere in the company.

So if you're looking for something comfortable and predictable, this might not be your job.

But if you're looking for a challenge that can accelerate your growth...

At ProLift, you'll see it all: customers, field operations, equipment, scheduling, financial processes, problem solving, and the hundreds of deliberate decisions that turn a plan into a safe, successful job.

You'll learn how the business actually works.

And you'll become the person people trust when the original plan isn't going to work.

Think you can handle the challenge?

Let's talk.

You don't need the perfect background.

You need the right wiring.
