- Prepare documents (RA, SWP, MOS, Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, Lifting Plan, etc.)
- Take site measurements.
- Work out materials required.
- Check material cost.
- Order material & arrange for delivery.
- Site coordination & arrangement.
- Identify and quote for work variations.
- Workforce arrangement.
- Progress record.
- Submit progress claim.
- Follow up for progress claim for payment response.
