About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Project Manager, Atlas to join our Atlas - Sales Operations team reporting to the EVP & GM, Atlas. This role is a remote role based in the USA.
In this role, you'll play a key role in keeping the Atlas Business Unit's workstreams aligned and building in the right order by maintaining one integrated plan, connecting solution roadmaps to delivery capacity, and preparing the business for annual planning, QBRs, and board meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a startup mindset environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in program management, planning, sequencing, and dependency management, and communicating with senior leaders.
What You'll Do:Run the plan across Atlas workstreams
- Maintain one integrated plan across engineering, sales, strategy, delivery, and finance, with owners, milestones, and dependencies.
- Sequence work so the business unit builds in the right order, and flag conflicts and trade-offs to the GM early.
- Run the operating cadence for workstream reviews, and track decisions and actions to completion.
- Surface problems, own the path forward, and clarify ownership.
Connect solution roadmaps to delivery capacity
- Validate engineering roadmaps with delivery capabilities, so new features are matched with training, staffing, and process readiness before they reach customers.
- Lead capacity planning cadence for internal operations and external services, including outsourced and nearshore staffing models aligned with pipeline and go-lives.
Support annual and financial planning
- Coordinate annual planning for the business unit, pulling each function’s plan into one view.
- Work with Finance cadence on headcount planning, costs, and budget tracking against the plan.
- Keep the assumptions behind the plan visible, so changes in pipeline, capacity, or roadmap flow through quickly.
