Build trusted relationships. Solve complex challenges. Lead meaningful projects.

As Code Red Consultants continues to grow across the country, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving complex challenges, and leading meaningful projects. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized fire protection and life safety consulting firm where your technical expertise will contribute to meaningful projects and be part of a culture that values technical excellence, collaboration, and integrity.

At Code Red, we help architects, developers, owners, institutions, and other project stakeholders navigate complex code compliance and life safety challenges. Our portfolio includes academic, healthcare, residential, science and technology, transportation, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the United States.

Our collaborative, team-based model allows professionals to build deep technical expertise while working alongside some of the industry's most respected fire protection and life safety consultants. We foster a culture built on collaboration, accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning, creating meaningful opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and long-term career development.

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, leading code consulting projects from planning through delivery. You'll combine technical expertise, project leadership, and relationship management to help clients navigate critical life safety and compliance challenges. While you'll take ownership of project performance and client relationships, you'll do so as part of a collaborative project delivery team. Along the way, you'll support the development of emerging professionals, help shape project outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our firm.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in code consulting, a proven track record of project and client management, and a passion for developing others. Whether your goal is to deepen your technical expertise, expand your project leadership responsibilities, or help shape the future of our growing firm, you'll find opportunities to make a lasting impact.
