Project Manager (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets and overall site operations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues, delays and operational challenges.
• Ensure construction works comply with Singapore safety regulations and building requirements.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage project resources, costs and documentation to ensure timely project delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Experience in managing construction projects and overseeing site operations.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, project budgeting and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project priorities.
