We are seeking a contractor to fill this position.

You coordinate shared resources, resolve cross-project dependencies, and drive execution toward program-level ownership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and drive master schedules across multiple projects, proactively identifying cross-project resource conflicts and schedule risks at least two sprints in advance.
- Drive scope baseline and change control independently across all assigned projects, escalating cross-project scope conflicts to the Program Director.
- Manage budgets across all assigned projects within approved baselines, consolidating forecasted variances and escalating cross-project funding conflicts to the Program Director.
- Own risk registers across all assigned projects, manage cross-project risk dependencies, and escalate unresolved cross-project issues within 48 hours.
- Drive status reporting independently across all assigned projects and present to division leadership, framing cross-project tradeoffs and resource decisions for executive clarity.
- Drive Flash Report submission independently for all assigned projects, reviewed by both Execution Manager and Functional Manager.
- Lead sprint ceremonies across multiple projects and apply hybrid project management (Agile and waterfall) based on project context.
- Build advanced cross-project schedules, resource views, and consolidated dashboards using the full CPMO tool suite.
- Consult with Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, and functional stakeholders across multiple projects, managing cross-project stakeholder expectations.
ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, JOB SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or construction management required.
- 4-7 years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in PMBOK frameworks across all process groups; PMP certification beneficial.
- Demonstrated experience leading sprint ceremonies across multiple projects and applying hybrid project management.
