We are looking for a results-driven Construction Project Manager with expertise in water and wastewater treatment plant construction. This individual will lead all phases of project execution, from planning and budgeting through completion, ensuring project schedules, costs, quality, and team performance are aligned to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Manage construction projects through all phases including pre-job, mobilization, construction, and closeout.
Ensure consistent adherence to contract terms and plans and specifications
Manage contracts, sub-contractors, and vendors to job deliverables and schedules
Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards
Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and change orders
Establish and maintain positive client relations
