ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Project Manager at Gradion, you'll lead international IT delivery projects across both our Dedicated Team engagements (long-term partnerships) and Fixed-Price projects (defined scope, defined outcome). You'll be the person clients rely on to keep things clear, honest, and moving, turning ambiguous requirements into a plan the team can execute, spotting risks before they become surprises, and helping clients make the calls that keep projects on track.
This is a client-facing role. You'll be trusted to speak plainly, push back when it matters, and use modern tools, especially AI, to work smarter, not just harder.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
-
Lead IT delivery projects end-to-end: from planning through delivery, for both Dedicated Team and Fixed-Price engagements, adapting your approach to what each model needs.
-
Turn client requirements into a clear, actionable plan with scope, assumptions, and success criteria the team can build against.
-
Be the main point of contact between clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
-
Spot risks early, raise them clearly, and drive them to a decision with options and a recommendation, not just a status update.
-
Keep Fixed-Price projects within scope, budget, and margin by managing change requests and preventing scope creep.
-
Keep Dedicated Team engagements on a healthy rhythm, capacity planning, priorities, and continuous alignment with the client.
