- Partner with technical, engineering, operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive execution of high-priority initiatives, proactively identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities to keep programs on track.
- Provide flexible PM coverage across multiple initiatives and teams based on evolving business needs and organizational priorities.
- Step into existing programs or projects as an interim PM and rapidly establish an understanding of scope, status, risks, and next steps to maintain continuity.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, and other program management mechanisms as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing clear and concise updates on progress, risks, decisions, and escalations.
- Bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives and establish repeatable processes that improve execution and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate across geographically distributed and highly cross-functional teams to drive accountability and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve project and program management practices, tools, and processes across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, engineering, operations, or a related field.
