About Manao Software
Manao Software has been building custom software since 2007. We are a team of 120 people in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, and we build web and mobile applications for Thai enterprises and for clients in Europe, Australia, and other international markets.
We are Danish owned. Our approach is straight talk and solid delivery: we say what is realistic, and then we deliver it.
About the role
We are hiring a Project Manager as part of our expansion. This role is for someone who has a few years of experience as a PM, and more years in the software industry before that. Many good PMs come from a developer, QA, or business analyst background and were promoted into project management. If that is your path, we want to hear from you.
You will report to our Head of Delivery. You will start with our smaller and less complex projects and take on larger and more demanding accounts as you learn how we work. Once you are settled, you can expect 2 to 3 projects at a time, with development teams of around 4 to 8 people.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Plan and manage software projects: run sprints, track progress, and keep the team unblocked.
- Work with Agile and Scrum and use Kanban where it fits the project.
- Keep schedules and budgets under control and raise problems early when a project starts to drift.
- Talk to clients directly, in Thai and in English, in meetings and in writing.
- Report project status clearly to clients and to Manao management.
- Work with our AI tools and help your team use them well in daily delivery.
