We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage various commercial projects in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, design and build processes, and project execution. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage commercial projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation.
Oversee project execution, ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and interior fit-out processes.
Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
