What you'll be responsible for

Operational Management

• Inspect commercial ships, review specifications and drawings, agree repair scopes with clients, and prepare estimates and quotations with SeaReady consortium partners covering labour, materials, plant, docking costs and margin.

• Coordinate SIMOPS, permit-to-work activities, critical works and isolations with consortium partners, contractors, ship crews, facility representatives and authorised permit personnel.

• Conduct safety inspections and coordinate HSEQ audits, stop unsafe work where required, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Keep clients and SeaReady consortium partners informed of scope, progress, costs, risks and delivery dates.

• Lead and develop supervisors and project personnel, including the Project Engineer, while coordinating facility operators, dockmasters, contractors, suppliers and support teams.
