• Lead opportunity discovery by understanding project requirements, specifications, and technical details to inform go/no-go decisions
• Coordinate internally by engaging key stakeholders such as Quotation Factory, Specification Engineering, and Engineering Back Office to ensure aligned and competitive responses
• Track and manage pre-specified projects, leveraging insights from Application Engineering to protect and strengthen Eaton’s position
• Own the commercial process for tenders, including pricing strategy and quotation management for specified opportunities
• Influence and secure specifications with contractors and end users, while also identifying opportunities to expand Eaton’s offering across additional product lines
• Ensure effective execution by guiding RFQs toward preferred panel builders and steering sales to the most relevant Eaton channels (EWS and direct customers)
• Design and present competitive, compliant solutions that deliver both technical excellence and commercial value
• Develop a strong professional network through continuous engagement, industry events, and proactive relationship-building
• Manage your sales pipeline end-to-end, including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and business reviews
• Maintain operational excellence through accurate administration and a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with relevant job-related training or equivalent hands-on experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma.
• Strong knowledge of project environments within Commercial & Institutional (C&I) buildings, electrical installations, or similar sectors, along with an established network and connections with key installers and contractors in the assigned area.

Skills:

• Commercial & Strategic Skills: strong accountability, results orientation, strategic thinking, and proactive approach, with the ability to handle objections, manage negotiations, and deliver value-driven outcomes
• Communication & Relationship Skills: effective communication, presentation, active listening, and relationship-building, with a focus on transparency and ethical behavior
• Analytical & Execution Skills: analytical thinking, numerical proficiency, research ability, and efficient time and priority management
