The Position

At Roche, our Global Citizenship team empowers resilient and healthy communities where we live, work, and beyond. As our Project Support Intern and Roche Continents Student Liaison, you will:

• Serve as the primary contact and ambassador for Roche Continents students, fostering strong relationships, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring an exceptional experience across all digital and in-person touchpoints.
• Drive end-to-end support for the application and candidate selection processes, maintaining consistent and engaging communication with the selected student cohort.
• Set up, customize, and continuously update the official event application (schedules, content, announcements) to ensure a seamless digital journey for participants before, during, and after the event.
• Provide active, hands-on support on-site during the main Roche Continents program, coordinating daily logistics, assisting the project team, and managing student needs in real-time.
• Design, deploy, and analyze digital feedback surveys to evaluate cohort engagement, program outcomes, and areas for continuous improvement.
