Position : Purchasing Asisstant Manager

Location : Karawang - West Java

Our client is manufacturing and trading in automotive parts such as electrical switches, powers sockets, lever holder assemblies, horns & lighting solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To source new supplier
• To follow up new part development
• To make Cost Card Control
• Monitoring in Daily Urgent Parts
• Monitoring in Import Shipment
• Checking in PO issue
• Checking on Supplier Capacity
• To make Monthly Supplier Performance
• Controlling in Export / Import Activity
• Any others task assignment from time to time
• Inventor Control

AUTHORITIES:

• Sign of Purchase order
• Sign of Quotation approval
• Sign of PIB
• Sign of Cost Card

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERFORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS/ SCORE):

• Timely report of urgent part
• Timely submission of quotation, sample of new development and follow up until clear
• Adherence to Quality / Environment System
• 5S score secured in the audits
• Meeting absenteeism target

Min 10 years experience with same industry (automotive manufacture)
Qualification : Technical

Training : Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban, Line Balancing

Skill : Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong Interpersonal Skill,

Good communication skills, Proactive and organized and good personality
