Python AI/ML Developer

Role Overview :

Lead enterprise AI/ML solution architecture, full-stack Python development, system validation, technical governance, innovation through POCs, and the successful operation of production AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solution development.

• Own enterprise solution architecture and technical design.

• Lead Python full-stack development using modern frameworks.

• Gather and validate technical requirements with business teams.

• Lead development of complex business requirements.

• Review code, architecture, and technical deliverables.

• Oversee AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

• Ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement of existing AI solutions.

• Explore emerging AI technologies and build Proof of Concepts.

• Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.

• Coordinate with business users, implementation partners, and infrastructure teams.
