About the Role

Were looking for a Python Developer with strong AI skills to join our team full-time, working remotely from anywhere in India. Youll design, build and deploy AI applications using large language models (LLMs), frameworks such as Lang Chain and Llama Index, and scalable Python backends. Youll work with AI engineers, front-end developers and stakeholders to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready AI solutions.

What Youll Do

Build LLM-powered applications using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Llama Index or similar frameworks
Design and build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings and retrieval
Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows with tool calling and function calling
Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini, as well as open-source models (Llama, Mistral, etc.)
Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS or pgvector
Write, test and refine prompts to improve output quality, accuracy and cost
Build and maintain backend APIs using FastAPI, Django or Flask to serve AI features
Evaluate and monitor model performance, handle hallucinations, and improve response quality
Write clean, tested and well-documented code, and take part in code reviews
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate effort and deliver solutions on time

What Were Looking For

Strong Python skills with solid Object-Oriented Programming and clean coding practices
Hands-on experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index or similar LLM frameworks
Practical experience building RAG systems and working with embeddings and vector databases
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face, etc.)
Good understanding of prompt engineering and LLM limitations such as context windows, token costs and hallucinations
