• Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Python Django Developer Intern with an interest in backend development, database management, API development, and modern web technologies.

Candidates with basic knowledge of Python, Django, and TypeScript are encouraged to apply. During this three-month remote internship, selected candidates will have opportunities to work on practical development tasks, contribute to web application projects, and learn professional software development practices.

The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable solving technical problems, and committed to completing assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

• Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain backend functionality, business logic, and application modules.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
• Create and maintain database models, migrations, and queries using Django ORM.
• Implement authentication, authorization, input validation, and error handling.
• Collaborate on frontend integration using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Understand and work with existing TypeScript-based frontend components where required.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Debug application issues, fix bugs, and assist with software testing.
• Follow clean coding practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in remote team meetings, code reviews, and project discussions.
• Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and development progress.

• Required Technical Skills

Essential skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python programming.
• Familiarity with Django fundamentals, including models, views, URLs, and templates.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of TypeScript, including types, interfaces, and functions.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of HTTP requests, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Strong willingness to learn, troubleshoot problems, and work independently.
