Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days
Work Mode : Hybrid 2 days per week from client office
Role Overview :
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Staff Engineer with strong expertise in Python and React to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and data-driven user interfaces. The ideal candidate will work across backend services, frontend applications, APIs and interactive dashboards while contributing to architecture, performance, security and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI and React.
- Build scalable and high-performance backend APIs and services.
- Develop interactive data applications and dashboards using Streamlit.
- Design and implement reusable, responsive UI components using React.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design efficient MySQL database schemas and optimize queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization and secure communication mechanisms.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability and security.
- Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with frontend, backend and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Backend Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience developing data-driven applications using Streamlit.
- Experience integrating applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility.
