About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Programmer/ Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving real business problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services, APIs, and database-driven features.
- Build secure, scalable, and reliable application logic that supports business workflows.
- Optimize database queries, caching, queues, integrations, and application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable code with proper validation, error handling, logging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, product, and business teams to deliver stable releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, observability, and security.
Qualifications
