Application Support & DevOps!
Responsabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support conversational AI solutions and use cases.
- Contribute to both operational support and enhancement activities for AI applications.
- Collaborate with technical leads, product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Develop and integrate APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and data pipelines.
- Onboard new use cases and support deployment across multiple business units or regions.
- Create and manage technical environments for new implementations.
- Develop onboarding documentation, technical guides, and deployment playbooks.
- Provide technical support for AI applications and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor conversational AI applications, investigate incidents, and ensure service reliability.
- Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, Data Engineering, QA, and Security teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
- Support the integration of new AI technologies and tools.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability.
- Monitor applications and remediate security vulnerabilities across applications, infrastructure, and dependencies.
