About the role
This is a hands-on QA professional role within the Insurance Industry, supporting critical digital platforms and business applications. You will be part of major digital transformation initiatives, working on enterprise-scale systems and integrations in a collaborative and fast-paced project environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of both frontend and backend systems
- Design and execute API testing using tools such as Postman
- Create and execute test cases for SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Teams
- Support release readiness, quality validation, and production rollouts
About you
- 3-5 years of Software QA / Testing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in backend testing (databases, APIs, microservices, business logic)
- Experience in frontend testing and end-to-end validation
- Experience designing and executing API tests
- Familiar with defect management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail, or ALM
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
