Summary
We are hiring a QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience for a Baggage Management System project. The primary goal is to ensure the quality and performance of aviation applications through thorough testing and collaboration with teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
- Perform manual testing, including functional, API, integration, and database testing.
- Validate system functionality through REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.
- Conduct SQL and PL/SQL-based database validation and data verification.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure all deliverables meet business and technical requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Support test execution for complex operational systems related to airport and airline operations.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing.
