Here's what we're looking for:
Testing software is great, but testing software with a purpose is even better! As a QA Mobile Automation Engineer - Freelancer, you’ll work on a product that helps people with the most precious thing they have — their health. In collaborative teams of developers, designers, product owners, and QA experts, you’ll experience best-in-class software development practices daily and contribute to software that meets the highest expectations - we treat quality and safety as non-negotiable in everything we build!
We are looking for an experienced QA Mobile Automation Engineer - Freelancer to help us build our next-generation mobile test automation framework from the ground up. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining an existing system; you will be the architect of our future mobile quality strategy, with a direct impact on our technical architecture and tooling.
As an experienced and entrepreneurial QA Engineer, you will support our efforts to make personalised healthcare a reality. You will primarily be working in a global set-up with teams in India, Austria, and Spain. Your area of expertise should span from back/front-end technologies and mobile applications. You will test applications that are fully integrated into a CI/CD pipeline and are based on the latest Kotlin/Swift.
Your upcoming mission:
- Architect and implement a scalable, reusable test automation framework that will be used by QA engineers across our iOS and Android mobile applications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and drive testability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot test failures and defects, reproducing bugs and providing detailed bug reports.
- Own and drive the strategy to increase test automation coverage, with the clear goal of reducing manual testing efforts across our mobile app ecosystem.
You'll own our efforts to increase test automation and reduce manual testing efforts across our mobile app ecosystem.
