Data & Reporting: Gather field data to put together clean charts, reporting, and internal audits directly for regional operational leadership.
Relationship & Trust Building: Act as an additional layer of customer engagement by building positive, reliable relationships with clinical practice managers.

Why Work For The Budd Group

No Direct Reports: Focus 100% of your energy on elite quality assurance and processes rather than HR administrative tasks or direct staff management.
Shared Support System: Benefit from a collaborative environment where local branch leadership shares your operational goals and expenses.
Comprehensive Resource Toolkit: Access free continuing online classes, mental health programs, and financial counseling.
