Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Title: QA/QC Inspection Specialist

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Company: Triumph Group of Companies

Role Overview

The QA/QC Inspection Specialist supports Triumph's roofing service and inspection division, splitting time between the field and the office. You'll assess roofing and building envelope conditions, price and scope short duration service work (jobs that typically run one to two days), and coordinate small crews of two to three people through leak investigations, deficiency repairs, and small project work. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Field Teams to keep quality consistent across crews and job types. The people who thrive in this role combine sharp technical judgment with the discipline to document what they find and follow through on it. Success looks like service work that's scoped accurately, priced competitively, and completed with minimal callbacks or deficiencies. Over time, you'll help improve service responsiveness and quality consistency across the roofing division.
