Must have
- Previous hotel Housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Inspector, Room Inspector, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar role is a plus.

What You'll Do
As our Quality Control Inspector, you will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and Housekeeping team to ensure our property is consistently clean, welcoming, guest-ready, and operating to brand standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces cleaned by the Housekeeping Department to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet CMC Hotels and brand standards.
- Document inspection results and communicate deficiencies to the appropriate Housekeeping associates and management team.
- Follow our 15/5 Guest Service Rule by making eye contact and smiling at 15 feet and warmly greeting guests within 5 feet.
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in identifying areas where additional Room Attendant training or coaching may be needed.
