Inspection & Metrology: Define and implement inspection plans using a variety of precision measuring instruments, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), verniers, micrometers, and shadowgraphs.
Root Cause & Corrective Action: Lead investigations into internal non-conformance's and customer complaints using structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why)
Documentation & Compliance: Author and compile comprehensive Quality Control Plans (QCPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Final Quality Dossiers for major power sector clients.
NPI & Process Optimization: Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by participating in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) sessions and developing robust control plans to minimise process variation.
Supplier Quality Management: Conduct technical audits of sub-contractors providing raw materials, specialised machining, non-destructive testing (NDT), or surface treatments.
