This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
In this job, you will:
- Assure program and subcontractor quality compliance in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Implement and enforce adherence to PrOP, engineering drawings, program processes, and work instructions to meet program quality objectives.
- Support process control implementation, in-process and final inspections, quality review, and conduct internal process audits.
- Analyze non-conformances and lead root cause investigations, documenting preventive and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and metrics in accordance with Northrop Grumman and industry standards.
- Interpret and apply AS9100/ISO 9001, Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Assurance Provisions (MAP), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings and MIL-STDs, including performing drawing reviews and approvals.
- Lead documentation and resolution of hardware defects and quality non-conformances, including MRB activities.
- Provide hardware production oversight, as needed, to ensure adherence to quality requirements and program objectives.
