Quality Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our electrical panel products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our quality management system (QMS) and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures for electrical panel production.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet specified standards and customer requirements.
• Analyze data from quality control processes and prepare detailed reports (MIS reports) to communicate findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions (CAPA) as necessary.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes, including Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of training programs for staff on quality standards and practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with electrical panel manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and generate comprehensive reports.
