Quality Site Manager

Position Summary
As a Quality Site Manager, your primary focus will be leading and overseeing site-level Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities for RMR Mechanical projects. This role serves as the primary quality representative on assigned projects and works closely with project management, field supervision, craft personnel, customers, third-party inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, applicable codes, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project-specific QA/QC program at assigned job
- Ensure construction and fabrication activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and applicable codes and standards.
- Perform and oversee visual welding inspections and verify compliance with approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPSs).
- Verify welder qualifications and certifications before employees perform applicable welding
- Review welding documentation, weld maps, material documentation, inspection records, and other required quality
- Coordinate welder testing and qualification activities as
- Monitor welding, piping, boiler, pressure vessel, structural, and other mechanical construction activities for compliance with project requirements.
- Support compliance with applicable ASME, NBIC, AWS, customer, and project-specific
- Coordinate required inspections with customers, Authorized Inspectors, third-party inspectors, NDE personnel, and project leadership.
