Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management process for construction projects. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively analyze project costs and provide accurate estimates to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction projects.
• Conduct rate analysis and provide detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software tools to assist in project planning and estimation.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients and contractors to negotiate costs and resolve any discrepancies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in quantity surveying principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
