Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Mumbai Region, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost management process for construction projects. This role involves preparing detailed bills of quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, and providing accurate estimations for various construction activities. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Key responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and advising on procurement strategies. The successful candidate will also be involved in contract administration and will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Required skills for this position include proficiency in AutoCAD, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. A background in real estate and planning engineering will be advantageous.
