Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for high-rise and residential building projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to support project decision-making.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to assess project progress and address any financial concerns.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide advice on procurement strategies and cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial transactions.
