Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related discipline.

2 years relevant experience in construction related industry.

Able to interpret drawings and specifications.

Able to work independently.

Capable of accurately interpreting construction drawings and mastering methods for engineering measurement and valuation.

Familiar with the properties and market prices of construction materials; competent in preparing project budgets, tender base prices, bid quotations, and final project settlements.

Proficient in practical skills related to construction contract management, claims handling, and dispute assessment.
