- Driving the component scope, identify risks or opportunities and manage strategy for transition of functionally rich components
- Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
- Partner with leadership across geographies to initiate and execute strategies
- Support future of the components and its alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.
- Enable, empower and encourage teams for continuous improvement of processes
