**ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
**I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before joining State Farm, I worked in a variety of roles, including at Commerce Bank and Baker Pool & Spa. I originally wanted to become a claims representative, but that opportunity led me to State Farm and eventually agency ownership.

I'm a lifelong St. Louis resident who enjoys spending time with my family and staying active outdoors. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency is involved with the North County Chamber of Commerce and supports local pet rescue organizations. We enjoy building relationships both inside and outside the office.

Our agency offers PTO, health benefits, a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, work-life balance, and private offices for our sales team members. We believe in giving our team the tools and environment they need to succeed.

Our culture is young, energetic, and team-focused. We work hard, communicate openly, and push each other to achieve our goals. I'm looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is resilient, coachable, and motivated to succeed. If you're the type of person who can handle rejection, stay positive, and move confidently to the next opportunity, you'll fit right in with our team.
