Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

-
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

-
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel

Preferred / Nice to Have

-
Experience recruiting for IT, engineering, or professional services roles

-
Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

-
Understanding of contract hiring models (daily rates, availability, remote vs onsite)

-
Exposure to MSP/VMS environments

What We Offer

-
Fully remote role with long-term collaboration potential

-
Stable full-time workload (40 hours/week)

Opportunity to grow into a senior delivery or lead role over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are delivery-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning recruitment processes end-to-end. You enjoy sourcing, speaking with candidates, and building long-term talent pipelines rather than just reacting to CVs. You thrive in a remote setup and are reliable during European working hours.
