Recruitment Consultant

So, you’ve spent your fair share of time in recruitment and you know that recruiters as a whole get a bad name. For some, it’s justified, but that’s not you. You pride yourself on your integrity. You have a reputation among your clients for delivering on your promises. It’s the reason why you’re their first port of call for new requirements and why candidates speak so highly of you.

You’re now at a stage where you’re looking for something new. Maybe, there’s too much red tape in your current role or your hard work isn’t being appreciated. Perhaps some of those recruiters who are giving this industry a bad name surround you. You won’t find any of that at Aspire Jobs.

Owned and managed by Helen Stacey, who has 30-year’s recruitment industry experience you will be working alongside one of the best in the industry. Like you, we’re trying to do things differently. We’re not just recruiters, we are business consultants, tailoring our wide breadth of services to each of our clients’ specific needs.

Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 consultant to join our team. Someone who has a passion for building relationships with both new and existing clients, someone that candidates can trust. Someone like you. You might be a specialist recruiter from a field such as Engineering, Accountancy, Digital, IT etc. or you might be working within a commercial agency at the moment but you will be looking for a new opportunity.

You’ll have the chance to develop your own desk, bringing on new clients with a trusted, professional brand and mentor, selling your effective strategy and services to them. You’ll specialise in getting clients the perfect candidate, managing the full process from client briefing calls and sourcing candidates to interview and offer.

You will drive and own your own car, be of immaculate presentation and appearance and be hungry to grow your desk. You will be a natural people person with values such as honesty, professionalism, and be a fantastic communicator.

In exchange, you’ll receive a competitive salary and commission and a fun but professional working environment. Fantastic opportunity for the right person in the long term. Call Helen now to find out more on 07974 429217 in strictest confidence.
