What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage recruitment processes across a variety of roles within a hospital environment.

• Design assessment materials, including interview guides, work samples and group assessment centre activities.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify effective selection approaches.

• Provide expert advice on recruitment and selection practices.

• Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

• Facilitate training and group assessments.

Why Join Us?

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering quality recruitment outcomes.

We value teamwork, knowledge sharing and innovation, and we work together to solve challenges, support our stakeholders and continuously improve the way we recruit. This is a great opportunity to contribute your ideas, develop your expertise and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3-5 years recruitment experience, ideally in an internal, government or public sector environment.

• Experience designing assessment and selection tools.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• A genuine passion for recruitment and candidate experience.

We're looking for someone who can help us continue to evolve and strengthen our assessment and selection capability while contributing to the outstanding culture we've worked hard to build.

If you love recruitment, enjoy partnering with stakeholders and have a passion for designing assessments that identify the right talent, we'd love to hear from you.
