Department: Marketing
Location: United States/LATAM, aligned with US business hours
##
Role Overview
Shufti is expanding its commercial presence across North America and LATAM. We are looking for a strategy-led, pipeline-focused Field and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to own regional demand generation across both markets.
In this role, you will hold a regional pipeline target and drive revenue opportunities beyond central marketing channels (PPC, SEO, and global campaigns). You will be the commercial marketing owner for North America and LATAM—partnering closely with regional Sales, Account Executives, and Customer Success to build relationship-led, field-driven, and account-focused growth strategies.
While you do not need to write copy or create assets yourself, you will define the regional strategy—identifying key industry topics, local buyer pain points, and target account priorities. You will then collaborate with central marketing teams (Content, Performance, Design, and Product Marketing), who will handle asset creation, production, and scalable execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver regional pipeline targets across North America and LATAM, building strategies to generate and influence sales opportunities.
- Identify key market opportunities, regional buyer pain points, and high-value industry verticals to focus regional campaigns.
- Monitor regional lead quality, account engagement, and pipeline contribution to continually optimize regional field strategies.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Partner directly with Account Executives to identify high-priority target accounts in US and LATAM.
- Design custom ABM strategies and engagement plans tailored to specific accounts, industries, and deal sizes.
- Guide central marketing on account-specific messaging priorities, enabling central teams to build targeted assets and personalized touchpoints.
- Field Marketing, Events & Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and manage high-impact regional conferences, roundtables, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Lead promotion, meeting generation, pre/post-event engagement, and sales follow-up to maximize ROI on field activities.
- Develop regional partnerships, industry community ties, and association relationships to build brand authority locally.
