Regional Sales Manager - Western US

Job Summary

Security never stands still — and neither will you. Intellicene is looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to own and grow one of our most exciting territories: the Western United States. If you love the thrill of building something of your own, thrive on trust and credibility with customers and partners alike, and want a front-row seat to the future of physical security technology, this is your next move.

Why You'll Love This Role

As a member of our Regional Sales team, you'll manage full life-cycle solution sales across a territory full of untapped enterprise opportunity. You'll partner closely with Client Success, R&D, Product, and a broad technology-ecosystem network — and you'll have real influence over how we define our brand in the field. We invest in people who bring curiosity, hustle, and a genuine passion for continuous learning, and we reward that drive with meaningful, uncapped earning potential.

You'll report to our Vice President of Sales and Sales Engineering, Americas, and serve as the go-to relationship owner for Intellicene channel partners and end-users across the Western U.S. and any additional assigned territory. You'll shape and execute the sales strategy that grows the business, hit revenue targets that matter, and bring Intellicene's values to life in every customer conversation.
Curious what you'd be selling? Visit www.Intellicene.com to see how our Platform helps organizations protect their people, assets, and operations — connecting virtually any system or software into one real-time, actionable view for smarter, faster threat response.

You'll thrive here if you've already built a career in full-cycle software sales within Security Operations, love the energy of a fast-moving market, and are the kind of self-starter who turns relationships into lasting partnerships.
