Who are we?
At Blue Gem, we create some of London's most prestigious flexible workspaces, combining exceptional design, outstanding service and prime locations across the capital. With award-winning buildings in Bank, Farringdon, Fenchurch Street, London Bridge, Marble Arch and Mayfair, we have built a reputation for delivering workspace experiences that businesses genuinely want to be part of.
Our award-winning success has been driven by strong relationships, high occupancy levels and a product we're proud of. As we continue to grow, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering an exceptional experience and building lasting business partnerships.
Purpose of the Role:
This is a key leadership role at a pivotal stage of growth. As the Relationship Manager, you will lead the commercial activity that keeps our buildings full, build trusted broker relationships, develop a high-performing sales team, and drive occupancy across our expanding portfolio. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on commercial operator, you will play a central role in the next phase of Blue Gem's growth while building your own leadership career within a business that promotes ambition, ownership, and results.
You will report directly to our Commercial Director, with two Sales Administrators reporting to you to coach and develop. You will be based day-to-day at one of our London sites, with occasional moves across the portfolio to keep things varied. This is a leadership seat with room to run.
As the Relationship Manager, you will be:
- Leading the central sales team, coaching and developing the Sales Administrators.
- Building and maintaining broker and agent relationships across the portfolio, holding regular reviews with top brokerages to keep lead flow high.
- Owning lead-to-viewing conversion and driving direct-lead growth.
- Creating and delivering sales strategies aligned to targets and emerging opportunities.
- Working alongside the field sales team on event strategy and targeted campaigns to strengthen broker relationships.
- Owning the CRM, driving efficiency improvements and accurate reporting to senior leadership.
- Aligning sales efforts with wider business goals, working closely across teams.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, refining processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
RequirementsWhat our ideal candidate will have:

- Strong track record hitting individual and team targets.
- Enjoys building relationships face-to-face, whether that's a broker lunch or a boardroom meeting.
